General Contracting

At the construction phase, the job site is laid out in a way that maximizes the efficiency and safety of all personnel. Post Construction

Before the building is turned over to the owner, we will perform a thorough walk-through of the entire project, giving the client and his/her team instructions on all the operations of major working components of the building such as mechanical, electrical, fire systems, and more. Once everything is clear, we will turn over all the manuals detailing maintenance, warranties, and requirements of all components.
