Built in the 1930’s, The Angler’s holds its place in history for Miami Beach. After many years of abandonment and decay, Ultimate worked with Developer Gregg Covin , Architect Alan Schulman, and Designer Wallace Tutt to bring the buildings back to life. With respect to its original Historic design, the existing structures were completely restored and two new buildings created. One is a 5 story tower, featuring private roof top decks. The other is a Villa style “pool-house” boasting 3 units, each with two balconies and a roof-top sun deck with hot tub. Thanks to Ultimate and its team, the Anglers Boutique Resort is a true homage to the past and the future.
