The building is an original 1940’s historical Art Deco hotel, in the heart of South Beach located on Collins avenue and 8th. In 2004, it was transformed into one of the most electrifying destinations in the world. Ultimate meticulously performed a restoration of the entire building, including the addition of a top floor to the existing structure. Totaling 89 luxurious units, 30 of which are loft suites with private spa tubs. The Clinton abandoned conventional ideals of a hotel, instead having cutting edge innovation and world-class design.
