360 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach
Ultimate Contractors worked together with Architect Greg Neville and developer Gregg Covin in the new construction of the Neville Condominium building. Built in 2000, the building consists of four floors with 12 units totalling 15,000 SF. The northeast corner of the building is dressed with contemporary metallic siding. The ample 900 SF units come with Saturnia floors and wood/ granite kitchens.
The Neville lofts achieved an AIA award in 2001 for it’s superior quality, workmanship and design.
