Ultimate Contractors gutted out this 1937 art deco building and performed a full renovation. Gregg Covin was the developer. The project called for a new floor plan and interior build-out. There is over 10,000 sq. ft. of new structural, mechanical systems, plumbing and electrical work. It now has 24 lofts-style guest rooms which are spa inspired. They include custom milled maple wood furnishings and entertainment towers. Each bathroom comes with a private steam shower and oversized Italian Saturnia Tile. We also built a full liquor bar in the lobby and installed soundproof windows throughout the building.
